There is no deposit required to book an appointment.

Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than a 48 hour notice will be charged a fee of 50% of the estimated price of the service booked. Appointment cancellations that are less than 24 hour notice or no-shows will be charged a fee of 100% of estimated price of the service booked.

I request that all appointments be made 24 hours in advance. If there is a “hair emergency” and you need an appointment on short notice there will be an additional charge on top of your service total. Please text me for hair emergency needs.

All of my work is guaranteed for one week past the date of the appointment. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify me within the week time period and I will try my best to better meet your expectations.
